PP Food has a 3 day return policy which is only available for items that are unopened from the date of delivery of the product. We will only issue a full refund of the returned products minus the shipping charges. While returning the items,we request you to ensure that the product/s are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Any orders made using any kind of coupon code are not exchangeable under any circumstances. In case the products are bought on discount, the return will be through PP Food gift coupons or certificates.

In case of goods that are bought on MRP, we will refund the money in the exact payment method that was used by the customer while placing an order. So, if the payment was made using a Credit Card or Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount in Credit Card or Debit Card or Net-Banking account.

Please note that, for the return to be acceptable by PP Food,the product should be unused and sent back along with the copy of the original invoice. PP Food reserves the right to reject or not process the refund against any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

The decision of PP Food regarding return of any product is final and binding.
